Waiting 2 Months for a Part that was never ordered I took my 2017 Fiesta in during March of 2019 to have my Sync system looked at. It had gone out for the 3rd time in the past year. If they hadn’t foun I took my 2017 Fiesta in during March of 2019 to have my Sync system looked at. It had gone out for the 3rd time in the past year. If they hadn’t found a proper diagnosis, I was ready to have my car Lemon Lawed because of other issues I had with the vehicle previously. The advisor, Chris, told me that it’s probably an APIM but he would know for sure when the tech had looked at it. The next day Chris told me that the APIM was failing all the tests and they would have to order one. It takes a few business days to get the part in so I picked up the car. Now it’s May 2019 and I still haven’t received a phone call about the APIM coming in. I called the parts department and they told me NO PARTS HAD BEEN ORDERED. So I contacted Ford MoCo Customer Care Center. I’ve bought two cars in the past two years from Palm Bay Ford and I’ve never had any problems with the Sales Department. I’ve been taking my car to Palm Bay Ford for service, even though they are well out of my way. But from now on, I will be taking my car to another closer dealership. More

Overall satisfied but room for improvement I like Palm Bay Ford, and have bought several vehicles from them, and have been happy with all of them, but one. I get my vehicle serviced there, and they even offer free car washes, that I don’t take advantage of even though I probably should. I went in today to see what they had on sale. Couldn’t make a deal, and that’s okay because my current vehicle is fine, and I got a $20 Texas Road House gift card and an invite to their Inaugural Veterans Dinner, which I accepted, and look forward to. Speaking of Veterans, I guess I don’t understand the Veteran program that Ford advertises that is equivalent for Ford Employee prices. When I inquired today, they said I didn’t qualify. I’m not sure why. When I learned about it last year, I bought a life-time membership to the DAV. I wish they would explain the actual non-benefits a little more clearly. More

Poor customer service Came to Ford for service and was looked at like did something wrong. Was not greater friendly like normal. A woman came out and said tell them it will be a while rudely the gentleman said ok I got it and she went back in. The guy finally came and asked me if I had an appointment I said no. Now I have been told previously no appointment was needed as it was a quick lub. So then he told me it will be 145 min wait. It was was rude visit and I felt uncomfortable if I had not already paid for service in my contract I would of left. Once my service contract is up I will never buy from here again or use their service. If you don’t want to work don’t take it out on your paying customers. Specially some who buy a new vehicle every two years More
