Dead Battery just as leaving for o/t trip. Called and was able to come in right away. Less than 1 hour was on my way. Very good service from Steve. This battery was five years old or very close Called and was able to come in right away. Less than 1 hour was on my way. Very good service from Steve. This battery was five years old or very close but it was self saealed type so not able to add fluid. Putting most expensive battery in is not the smartest way to go in my opinion. More

Needed my battery checked When my battery seemed to be failing, I called Palm Bay Ford's service department knowing that I did not have an appointment and they were able to che When my battery seemed to be failing, I called Palm Bay Ford's service department knowing that I did not have an appointment and they were able to check the warranty on the battery I had and quickly get me in so the service tech could take a look at it.
