Dead Battery just as leaving for o/t trip. Called and was able to come in right away. Less than 1 hour was on my way. Very good service from Steve. This battery was five years old or very close Called and was able to come in right away. Less than 1 hour was on my way. Very good service from Steve. This battery was five years old or very close but it was self saealed type so not able to add fluid. Putting most expensive battery in is not the smartest way to go in my opinion. More
Needed my battery checked When my battery seemed to be failing, I called Palm Bay Ford's service department knowing that I did not have an appointment and they were able to che When my battery seemed to be failing, I called Palm Bay Ford's service department knowing that I did not have an appointment and they were able to check the warranty on the battery I had and quickly get me in so the service tech could take a look at it. He has followed up with phone calls to make sure all was okay and if we have any problems or questions, we know we can count on him to help us out. We have purchased several cars from Palm Bay Ford and I would have to say as far as the sales part goes it was the best On the other hand I have been waiting for a phone call from Michael, not sure, in finance to call me as I had some questions and it has been two weeks and I still haven't received that phone call. Giving a Combat Veteran Freedom Once Again My whole experience went really well. I am forever grateful for the courtesy and care that the whole team gave me. They gave me my freedom back. I am My whole experience went really well. I am forever grateful for the courtesy and care that the whole team gave me. They gave me my freedom back. I am a combat vet and have been basically living in my room for the past couple years. Without their help, I would still be stressed trying to manage transportation to school and also just being able to leave my room/house for relief. I never once felt pressured or rushed. I was always treated as a person, rather than a number. James made everything smooth from the very beginning. It was very straight forward. I explained my situation and what I was looking for and he gave me my options. We went into the lot and I picked out a car that was in my budget and one that I liked. He asked if I wanted to test drive it and once he got the key, we were off. I was really blown away at how comfortable he made me. There wasn't any spiel, no over the top explanation of every feature on the car. I was left to make my own judgement. Once we returned, it was a simple "So is this the car you want?" sorta thing and I was confident that it was, so I just said "Yes, definitely" and we went inside to start the paperwork. Tracie explained how the financing would all take place. Again, it was a straight-forward experience with no pressure. She did an outstanding job working with higher management to give me a payment plan with a smaller monthly payment than I anticipated. She gave me a name, but I forgot, of who exactly made the final call who really helped approve me for the vehicle. I'm sorry to whom the upper-level management was, but I wanted to express my gratitude here as best as I could. All in all, it was a very low-stress experience that was genuine and comfortable from the very beginning. I cannot stress how grateful I am to have my freedom back. Writing that I have been confined to my home doesn't really describe the depression and despair that I faced with my existence. The staff freed me from that prison and I can now get around, whenever I want and in a much more comfortable vehicle. I love my Fiesta ST Line. Thank you all very much. -Timothy Bahus More
