Service Department is second to none The service department was outstanding. Sophia De La Jara is one of the service writers at this dealership whom handled and made my appointment for a The service department was outstanding. Sophia De La Jara is one of the service writers at this dealership whom handled and made my appointment for a front brake change on 9/25/2019 was outstanding when I arrived. I thought oh well I will be here all day, because there were at least 12 cars in front me however, I was pleasantly surprised in two ways. 1st ( I was only there for about one and half hours which I considered reasonable for a brake job in the fast lane at Palm Bay Ford. ) 2nd This may be hard to believe but as it turned out I did not need the brakes replaced. Hard to believe a honest dealership? believe it. the mechanic who was going to do the replacement brakes informed the service writer Sophia that the brakes were not just okay but that I wouldn't need brakes for another 20 to 25 thousand miles. She took me out to the service bay and the mechanic showed me that the brakes and the rotors still had a lot of miles to go before they would replacing. Unfortunately I don't know the mechanics name or I would put it in this review. Saved me about $150.00 for a repair I was told I needed. It's hard to believe a honest dealership with honest people. More
