Sophia is my service manager in the QuickLink he always gets me in and out. He takes very good care of my car and told me what it needs I’ve been dealing with her for almost 3 years cannot say enough good gets me in and out. Highly Disappointed I bought a 2019 F-150 just over three months ago. I was looking at another dealership but my brother in law said go to Palm Bay Ford. I was told by th I bought a 2019 F-150 just over three months ago. I was looking at another dealership but my brother in law said go to Palm Bay Ford. I was told by the salesman Robert my brother in law would get his referral check within 30 days. My brother in law never received the check. I called and talked to Robert and he tried to find excuses not to pay the referral check. Then he again took down my brother in laws information and said he would take care of it. Still no check. I finally called the sales manager and he said that he would take care of it. Still no check. It’s now been over 3 months and now they won’t return my calls. If this is the way they do business I won’t be buying anymore vehicles from Palm Bay Ford and my brother in law says he won’t deal with them anymore either. My brother in law and myself have bought several vehicles from Palm Bay Ford but it turns out that Palm Bay Ford would rather lie and make false promises than honoring their promises. If it’s worth loosing customers over a $100 Dollars then so be it. I will definitely let my friends know of my experience with Palm Bay Ford and my brother in law said the same. More

BEST FORD EXPERIENCE!!!! This was the very 1st time I and my husband felt like part of a family and not a commodity, also this had been our 3rd time at a Ford dealer and purch This was the very 1st time I and my husband felt like part of a family and not a commodity, also this had been our 3rd time at a Ford dealer and purchasing. Dave, Tom as well Tracie also, through every step made our process fun and jovial rather than a task doled out for a product. Being very knowledgeable and congenial, it felt as though we'd known them for ages (I'm quite shy and yet I hadn't a care in the world) we four sat for quite some time not feeling rushed or like we were imposing but instead as though we had catching up to do. Dave let us know anything at all and more about the fork in our path, helping us find our fit and even offering up a few pics of family in the same truck of our question and always quick with a joke to lighten our (well my) worries. I've never felt so comfortable buying a vehicle. Very stress free and I would even send my Grandmother (Nanny Smith[ya ik legit real name]) to Dave in a heartbeat. I had even cried at one point just bc of being so attached to our explorer and all we'd gone through with it, yet instead of feeling ashamed I felt relieved Dave and Tom both shared touching stories of the same by no time we were all cutting up and I wasn't embarrassed anymore it felt more like a new family member had helped us out of the dark and into the light (kind of like a wizard of oz moment hahah) we've already bonded with the truck I had reservations about, on a recent long trip to Mississippi and I can't wait for more. Ik that without their combined efforts and guidance (and a gentle shove from my husband lol who really wanted this truck) we would be absolutely in worse shape. The first time we've trusted and had a great experience in one run, we've already come back and added more things to our happy new truck and while we waited Dave helped us pass the time and made us feel like family even Tom and Tracie popped by to say hello (which is great bc we've come back to other places that had to confirm they even sold to us let alone remembered our names!!) Sorry to make this such a length I just wanted to skim a lot of surface to say how wonder a time we had for the 1st time, of our 3rd time at a Ford dealer. Sorry that I dont know way more ppl to send to Dave, Tom and Tracie for all the help and definitely leaps and bound of patience. We truly love our Ford Ranger! More
