Overall a good experience as far as buying a vehicle can be. Very disappointed that the F-150 did not come with floor mats. I did not notice because of the plastic on floor. Purchased new vehicle Nov 2017. Nov 2019 paint started to chip. Brought vehicle to service, photos taken, Ford approves warranty claim. Week goes by, service agent tells me they don't have body shop, sends m chip. Brought vehicle to service, photos taken, Ford approves warranty claim. Week goes by, service agent tells me they don't have body shop, sends me to Gerber Collision, Gerber refuses to do the work. I call Palm Bay Ford, says they won't be sending and more business to Gerber, tells me to go to Palm Bay Collision. PBC paints car, as I am driving up I95 piece of molding flys off car. I go to Palm Bay Ford about it, they say not there problem need to go to PBC. I am still waiting for the part to be put back on my car. Windshield wiper arm not put on right. Wiper does not wipe complete window. I asked Richard at Palm Bay Ford if it was a safety issue and he said no. I asked if it was a mechanical issue because the motor wants to wipe but can't. He said no issue with anything. I am still confused how 1/2 the driver side window not being wiped is not a safety issue. I had no loaner car even though I was out of using my vehicle for 2 weeks. More

VERY FEW REPAIRS, AND if any thing did go wrong, it was immediately taken care of.
