Helpful without the hard sell I stopped and looked at a couple of models on Saturday, there was no push to buy which gave me the opportunity to look at other makes and models. The process was also done quickly so I didn't have to spend the whole day there and I picked up the car on Monday and signed all the paperwork on my lunch hour, amazing turnaround time. Tommy got on the computer and we found the color I wanted and he found a dealer with that color and said it would be there the next day for me. I went and picked up the car and it was perfect.
