Poor service Made appt. for oil change and was told it would take 45 minutes. Went to eat and came back in 1 -1/2 hours and the car was still in line to be service Made appt. for oil change and was told it would take 45 minutes. A few weeks later I called to speak to the Manager who didn't answer his phone so I left a message. He didn't call me back. More

Franklyn Wallace is an awesome service advisor I have had some issues in the past with poor communications from our service advisor. We have been trying to get the same check engine light fixed for I have had some issues in the past with poor communications from our service advisor. We have been trying to get the same check engine light fixed for some time and were tired of not knowing what the status of our car was on each visit to get it fixed. Franklyn was assigned to us after I asked for a new advisor and you could tell he cared about us and our car. He was able to get information on the car and communicate it with us. He always answered the phone when we called and returned messages when he couldn't answer. Also, he is always pleasant to talk to. Next time we bring our car we will ask for Franklyn to be our service advisor. Thanks Franklyn! The star ratings I gave are based off the experience we had with Franklyn and Franklyn only. More
