Bought a lemon! I purchase a pre-owned car for my son. I've had it for about a year. It has had 4 major repairs. Twice requiring the vehicle to be towed. The last breakdown occurred as he was driving on I 95. Pieces of the car started dropping off the car. Luckily he managed to quickly get off the interstate. Pieces continued to drop from the car. He couldn't accelerate. Cars behind him on Pineda Causeway were swerving to avoid parts of the car. I told the manager about the nightmare we non-affectionately can the "Lemon Fusion, " and all that we have gone through with this car. I told him that my terrified son refuses to drive it because he thinks he will die in it. Did the manager offer to give me a deal on another car? Nope! He offered NOTHING!! Since my son was too scared to drive in the death-mobile, it is now my car, and I gave him the Kia I had recently purchased for myself. If you are brave enough to buy a used car from Palm Bay Ford, definitely buy the extended warrantee. If I had not bought it, I would have spent more on the repairs in the last year, than the car is worth. More
