My scheduled appointment was for recall service was 9:30AM. Made a point to verify length of service and was advised 2 hours. When I brought the vehicle in, I was advised 5+ hours...I had made the wrong type of schedule, nothing they can do. (I don't work in the service department nor the dealership and am unaware of how the business is run.) Bought my current vehicle from prior dealership (Palm Bay Ford) New car next year...not from Yeoman. More

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS FORD DEALER SHIP. Any other dealer will hopefully make things right for there customers. I came in 5/5/21 to trade in my Toyota Tundra Platinum they first lowballed me abo other dealer will hopefully make things right for there customers. I came in 5/5/21 to trade in my Toyota Tundra Platinum they first lowballed me about 10k for trade in value said it was kbb trade in value for the vehicle stating kbb trade in value is 36k I quickly looked up kbb trade in value and saw that it was from 42k to 45k. I let them know this was unacceptable they eventually came back with a 41k number which is lower then kbb but I had one dent on the fender that with in reason I was ok with the 41k. The difference between my payoff and trade would have left me with about 5k. I said several times I do not want any of the vehicles on the lot the SALES MANAGER HUGO did everything in his power to sell me a Ford Focus eventually wearing me out and I just caved in from already being there for multiple hours. Needless to say the vehicle they put me in has mechanical issues smelled like urine and had very low thread life on tires the following day on 5/6/21 there was a rain storm I drove the vehicle approximately 1 mile and hyrdroplaned. I immediately called and stated all the issues I was already having said I would be in the next day after rain clears up. 5/7/21 the headliner is coming off and I drive the vehicle back to the dealer and request that this deal be canceled and my money return they refused and decide to give me a 3k check instead if the 5500 that I should have received. Let this be a lesson to anyone who comes here there 3 day return is a lie. They don’t care about the customer they care about they sale. They decided that endangering my life was worth a sale to them had I crashed during that hydroplane on 5/6 they would have been none the wiser and slept in there beds comfortably knowing they “made a sale”. ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU YOUR WELL BEING OR WHAT YOU WANT. HUGOS LAST WORDS ALSO, “KELLY FORD NEEDS HELP WITH THE VEHICLES THEY SELL WE BEAT THEM EVERY MONTH” THATS THE USED CAR SALES MANAGER AND HOW HE TREATS CLIENTS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
