Had to go to service for two nails in two tires, or so I thought. Lee Mercier was phenomenal and awesome. He was honest with me and told me that I didn't have to patch two tires. My scheduled appointment was for rec Service Dept. Appointment The service department staff fails miserably scheduling service and providing service. My scheduled appointment was for recall service was 9:30AM. Made a point to verify length of service and was advised 2 hours. When I brought the vehicle in, I was advised 5+ hours...I had made the wrong type of schedule, nothing they can do. (I don't work in the service department nor the dealership and am unaware of how the business is run.) Bought my current vehicle from prior dealership (Palm Bay Ford) New car next year...not from Yeoman. More
