On the morning of 09/21/21 my wife’s 2017 Mustang would not start.. I called your dealership and was transferred to the service department where Hugh O’Leary answered the phone, I explained what the car wa not start.. I told him I had no way to get the car to the dealership, he offered to send a service tech to my house and said he would have the tech call me.. ALL DEALERSHIPS SHOULD PROVIDE THIS SERVICE.. No less than 10 minutes later your Mobile Service Tech Steven Pilling called me, I explained what the car was doing, he also said it was probably the battery, he told me he’d grab one and would be at my house at 10:30, he was right on time.. Steven ran diagnostics on the car, him and Hugh were correct, it was the battery.. He installed the new battery, ran diagnostics again to make sure everything was good.. These two are heroes in the eyes of this 64 year old guy.. More
