I am compelled to highly recommend, without hesitation, your next vehicle be driven off of their lot with peace of mind and a smile on your face. Having been a customer of 25 years at a dealership in New Jersey and an experienced consumer of the Ford brand I was not disappointed. My wife and I received Red Carpet Treatment here upon my first visit there in an unfamiliar dealership which I was concerned about. My concerns went out of the window rapidly. My appointment was with John Nitti who was direct in saying he wanted to earn my business and he did just that. With the vast inventory present at this dealership, he was attentive to all of my concerns. His product knowledge, professionalism and patience were beyond my expectations. He fully explained the perks and benefits of being a customer with him and Yeoman Ford. Upon Identifying the vehicle I wanted the rest of my experience with him was handled with integrity, excellence, expedience and complete satisfaction. He introduced me the Sales Manager Colton who presented us with a deal that I could not resist and it was in our best interest to look no more. The entire deal was hassle free, and what I was accustomed to. John prioritized us in every way possible to get us into a new Explorer. The paper work, contract etc was a breeze as Zach prepared it all in just minutes. He answered all our questions without hesitation and was forthright and knowledgeable. We found him to be a valuable asset to us as well in this whole process. John Nitti never left our side as our vehicle was prepped, our orientation from him on our Explorer was complete as was all the needed credentials, tags and registration requirements. All we had to do was drive away in our new Explorer. Overall we are very grateful that we found a team that cares and we will be Yeoman Palm Bay Customers for life. This has honestly been one of the worst vehicle purchases I have ever made in the 30 years of purchasing! I had SERIOUS concerns about being able to drive a Bronco Sport on my personal property which is suga I have ever made in the 30 years of purchasing! I had SERIOUS concerns about being able to drive a Bronco Sport on my personal property which is sugar sand and has a MAJOR dip that you must driver through to get to the other side. I expressed the concern several times. Five different representatives to include "sales managers" approached us and stated IT would not be an issue if we purchased a "lift kit" in addition to the purchase of the vehicle. NOT only did they sneak in "lift kit" installation but they managed to come up with fantasy numbers that get you right back to the original MSRP!! There is NO bargain here! The END of "year sales event" is a scam and the commitment to customers are at best MISLEADING!! To date, NO ONE has contacted us regarding a "lift kit install", and we STILL managed to pay more than the discounted price on a BRONCO model I did NOT want!!! More

Didn’t even have the truck for THREE days before it started leaking oil and smoking. It almost caught on fire and it had to be towed down to Gary Yeoman’s to have it looked at. Five days later I was called and was told to come get the truck. As soon as we left the dealership, we didn’t even make it home to Cocoa before the truck started leaking oil and was smoking again . The oil was completely drained from the truck. We filled the truck back up with oil for the weekend. Saturday 6/29 I attached my airboat to the truck and wanted to pull the truck to Kissimmee for an airboat race. Again, the truck could not handle pulling the airboat to Kissimmee. We had to pull over because the truck was smoking. It almost caught fire it was smoking so bad. Today, Monday 7/1 we had the truck towed back to Gary Yeoman’s. The system they use is called CDK and it’s been down for about two weeks. So apparently they have over 5k service tickets to go through before they can just look over our truck. I haven’t even had the truck for two weeks. Only have had it on the road about six days because of all the issues I’ve had. They claim to fix the vehicles but in reality they put a bandaid on the problem and hope for the best. The “manager” Mark was no help. He essentially was saying his hands were tied and he couldn’t be much help. So now we’re out 45k for a truck that has an on going oil leak and no truck in our driveway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GARY YEOMANS IN PALM BAY, FLORIDA. More
So I bought this truck from Gary Yeomans Ford Palm Bay on February 14 2024 . The truck was suppose to be ready next day but had to wait until the 19th of Feb to pick it up when it was supposedly ready. When February 14 2024 . When we pick up the truck it still had several issues, was told they were waiting on parts should be fine to drive locally. After a month after of having truck I was promised a loaner super duty truck until all the issues were fixed with truck. I had a big haul out of town that I needed a Dually for they said it should be fine for that and to bring it right back. Truck did okay on way up but on way back truck went from a shake to death wobble at 65 mph. The truck has been back at ford since 3-19-2024 to 4-18-2024 and then again since 4-23-24 to currently still there! We have thousands in lost work as we can not pull campers or any enclosed goosenecks with this truck down! We have ask for our money back or for them to take it back and we would have bought a brand new truck they had at asking price to just move on. We were told the dealer can’t lose money but they expect us to continue to lose money! Now I’m told they want the loaner back and the truck is still not fixed! They promised this would be fix when we bought it and then promised we have a loaner super duty until it was 💯 fixed now they trying to screw us even more ! This is how they said they making it right after selling the truck we ordered to someone else in January! Don’t buy here! They will promise you everything and expect you to take the loss! Lifetime warranty and purchased service plan and bumper to warranty only to still have a broken truck that we can’t use to provide for our family! More
