The state-of-the-art facility is over 13 acres, with all new equipment and includes a service center, parts department, and collision center. Additionally, we service commercial vehicles and motorhomes in our truck shop.

I have had to return my car 4 times for coolant leak. I was told it was another hose on my 4th visit I agreed to price and asked them to be sure I had no other problems causing hose to pop and was told t I was told it was another hose on my 4th visit I agreed to price and asked them to be sure I had no other problems causing hose to pop and was told they did a full inspection. I picked it up and paid amount due. I didn't make it 10 miles and coolant lights were back on. Car is back at ford for its 5th time. More

For at least 3 weeks I had had an appointment to get oil changed. Got there on time and they didn't seem to be ready for my car. Took 2.5 hrs because they had to go 3 times to get the correct oil filter for changed. Got there on time and they didn't seem to be ready for my car. Took 2.5 hrs because they had to go 3 times to get the correct oil filter for my Kia Sorento. It seemed to me that since they knew I was coming, they should have had the filter on hand. But of course, I do not know all about cars, etc. They were patient with my frustration and assured me they would take care of it. Gave me 1/2 off the price & a coupon for the next visit. More

Got my truck in and out in a timely manner. In a world full of unknown and uncontrollable things, they made it happen for me. I bought brand new f150 at lance Cunningham. Had 20,000 miles on it and rear pinion seal started leaking . Called them and got complete runaround . Called multiple times , said they would call me back in 2 miles on it and rear pinion seal started leaking . Called them and got complete runaround . It was under warranty .I had to have it fixed out of my own pocket .Never again will I do business with them or advise anyone else More

My brand new Explorer was at Lance Cunningham for two months waiting to have the transmission fixed. I called the original dealer where I purchased it (they do not have a transmission specialist, so the months waiting to have the transmission fixed. I called the original dealer where I purchased it (they do not have a transmission specialist, so they had to take it to Lance), and was told that they had no idea when it would be fixed. They claimed that Lance Cunningham did not answer calls, gave them the runaround, and even hung up on them. So, I made payments on a brand new vehicle for two months that was not even in my possession. The entire situation was beyond unacceptable. The only way I received resolution was to call an attorney, and inform the dealership that I had done so. I did contact Ford Motor Co. directly, and never received a response. Never another Ford again. More
