John was very courteous, friendly and very patient with us, the whole experience took us about 8 hours to complete the deal, not John's fault. We were not sure which model we were going to purchase. I started looking for a Mustang Convertible for my wifes graduation present. I had been looking for about 3 months for just the car when Chuck Tucker called and said he had found it. I was recovering from surgery and he meet me at the door with the car right in front. He took care of myself and mother-in-law (the car was a secret and I couldn't drive). He took care of everything. He even offerd to deliver it. The night of my wife's party he arrived, wiped it down, put a bow on it and came in and got her. He also took some amazing pictures.
