I went shopping for a brand new mustang after my vehicle was totaled in an accident on the interstate. After shopping for a few weeks and not finding anything of interest to me, my sister recommended Lance was totaled in an accident on the interstate. I was very optimistic about finding my car once I arrived to the dealership and saw their large selection of mustangs. I was even more optimistic about finding my car after being introduced to numerous members of their staff, whom all were very pleasant and helful in my search. It was a very tough decision, but finally I decided to purchase a beautiful 2010 Torch Red Mustang GT premium series at a great price. I would like to express a huge THANK YOU to Nathan (finance director) for all the time and effort he put into making my experience at Lance Cunningham Ford a very positive one. I have the first 2011 Mustang ordered, bought and sold from Lance Cunningham Ford. Preston Williams kept me up-dated through the whole build process with e-mails and phone calls. It was a delight to know and work with Preston Williams, and to have him help me through the 55 days from order to delivery of my 2011 Mustang. My Dad and I feel like we got good deals on our new cars. Everyone i had contact with, start to finish were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Preston is an outstanding gentlemen who is extremely helpful but not pushy! We had came by on Mother's Day just to browse and he happened to be there giving out roses to the women. He worked with me to the best of his ability, was not too pushy, and offered me a great deal with almost no haggle. The Milan I purchased was priced BELOW regular retail price (and I still got them to come down some on it!). I got a very fair price for my trade-in. I would recommend Lance Cunningham to anyone seeking a new Ford or pre-owned car. I would especially recommend looking up John Hill as he will listen to YOU and he will make you feel COMFORTABLE. I made an appointment to have brakes replaced on my F150. I went in at 8am. and was told the truck would be ready for pick up at noon. I went back, the truck wasn't ready. I waited for an hour and by then I I went in at 8am. and was told the truck would be ready for pick up at noon. I went back, the truck wasn't ready. I waited for an hour and by then I was late for work. I told the manager that I wanted the truck right now. He couldn't find it! I looked in the service bays and it wasn't there. I finally found it on the back lot and drove away. Looking back, I think the truck was repaired early and my wait was for nothing. I have received no reply to my complaints/comments. Very poor customer service. I will not return to LC Ford for vehicle service. More
This is the third car we have purchased from Blake Cobb at Lance Cunningham Ford of Knoxville. I found a very rare convertible BMW with a manual transmission via AutoTrader at Lance Cunningham Ford. Chuck Tucker helped me through the entire sale, from getting financing at a better rate than I transmission via AutoTrader at Lance Cunningham Ford. Chuck Tucker helped me through the entire sale, from getting financing at a better rate than I was able to get anywhere else, to giving me a price that was extremely fair and lower than similar cars on AutoTrader, and getting me the price I needed on my trade-in. I had a little trouble convincing the wife ;o) but Chuck was very patient through the entire process. Chuck even drove the car over 100 miles to meet me halfway to complete the transaction. Was very happy with Chuck and Lance Cunningham Ford and would recommend anyone do business with them. More
