I went shopping for a brand new mustang after my vehicle was totaled in an accident on the interstate. I was very optimistic about finding my car once I arrived to the dealership and saw their large selection of mustangs. I was even more optimistic about finding my car after being introduced to numerous members of their staff, whom all were very pleasant and helful in my search. It was a very tough decision, but finally I decided to purchase a beautiful 2010 Torch Red Mustang GT premium series at a great price. Preston is an outstanding gentlemen who is extremely helpful but not pushy! We had came by on Mother's Day just to browse and he happened to be there giving out roses to the women. He worked with me to the best of his ability, was not too pushy, and offered me a great deal with almost no haggle. The Milan I purchased was priced BELOW regular retail price (and I still got them to come down some on it!). I got a very fair price for my trade-in. I would recommend Lance Cunningham to anyone seeking a new Ford or pre-owned car. I would especially recommend looking up John Hill as he will listen to YOU and he will make you feel COMFORTABLE. I made an appointment to have brakes replaced on my F150. I went in at 8am. and was told the truck would be ready for pick up at noon. I went back, the truck wasn't ready. I waited for an hour and by then I I went in at 8am. and was told the truck would be ready for pick up at noon. I went back, the truck wasn't ready. I waited for an hour and by then I was late for work. I told the manager that I wanted the truck right now. He couldn't find it! I looked in the service bays and it wasn't there. I finally found it on the back lot and drove away. Looking back, I think the truck was repaired early and my wait was for nothing. I have received no reply to my complaints/comments. Very poor customer service. I will not return to LC Ford for vehicle service. More
