B.S. remarks from other sales personnel, such as "I've got three customers who want that truck", when the truck had just been taken in the evening before and wasn't even finished with the clean up process. Attempted pencil whipping by the finance man by including an amount on the sales contract that had already been negotiated away. Over charging (later refunded) by including the wheel tax although I live in a non-wheel tax county and, according to my county clerk's office, it should not have been charged. Sales manager became rude ("I've been in the business for 31 years and never had to waste this much paper on a deal".) when I objected to an improper charge. The salesman, Joey Ocasio, was very friendly and courteous and I'd recommend him. However, watch the guys with the pencils and keep notes on statements, comments and "promises" made. Keep in mind that the dealer, like all dealers, wants to extract as much money from you as possible. They aren't in business to do favors. Nothing wrong with that, but remember that your job is to keep as much of your money as possible. With a little luck and patience and perseverance you can make an acceptable deal. I've had much worse buying experiences, and I'd return but be very careful. Again, Joey Ocasio is a nice guy and very personable and friendly, but the salesman is only the point of the spear. I was very pleased with the way Cole Fisher handled the transaction from start to finish. It was a purchase done on ebay and I had to fly to TN to pick up the vehicle. I recently purchased a 2010 Black Mustang convertible with pink racing stripes. Brian and Stephen, sales, were great to work with. They were both very personable and made the experience easy. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The experience of buying a car is not always enjoyable, but this one was. I love my new car and appreciate the employees at Lance Cunningham Ford. I would highly recommend LC Ford. More

I have purchased several vehicles from Cole in the past and appreciate his professionalism and the fact that he is down to earth. Cole was able to demonstrate to me the benefits of owning a Expedition versus another SUV I had been looking at purchasing. With experiences like this I will continue buying my cars from Lance. More

The salesperson was very dishonest. He lied about the price of the vehicle, told me one price and then told me a higher price later. He tried to mislead me about the value of the vehicle, when we looked price of the vehicle, told me one price and then told me a higher price later. He tried to mislead me about the value of the vehicle, when we looked it up on Kelly Blue Book he conviently forgot to put in the correct mileage twice. He also tried to mislead me about the transmission on the truck, which was malfunctioning before we got it off the lot, it would not move when you put it into drive. We had to put it into low 2 to get it to move and he acted like this was normal. I just had a shady feeling about the whole thing from the minute I started talking to the salesperson. I've since heard other people say that Lance Cunningham Ford was a bad dealership and was surprised to see the good rating on this site. I took the time to write this review and put in all my information, so I hope you will take this to heart when dealing with these people. More

Larry made me a deal I could not refuse. Had no intention of buying a Ford, but Larry and the sales team at Lance Cunningham Ford introduced me to the Ford Edge. What luxury!! I picked up the new Edge last evening. It is a wonderful car and we are very excited and happy to own a new Ford. Dual vista sunroofs, leather, and navigation. Woo Hoo!! Thanks, Larry!! More
