All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped get the figures to fit our budget so we could purchase the car my wife and I wanted. Marlond Mason my Salesperson was great to work with, I would recomend him to anyone, it's just the "other" things you have to go through to buy a car from this dealership. $599 dealer fee(everybody(deale would recomend him to anyone, it's just the "other" things you have to go through to buy a car from this dealership. $599 dealer fee(everybody(dealers) does it...this is 100% pure profit), $399 Microdot theft protection "you have to buy"(I still don't think it's legal to make you do this..plusd it is a joke as two of the dots have already come off). It was not an experience I would wish on anyone. When you spend money whether it be 20K or 60K on a car or truck you should feel good about it and walk away knowing that both parties had a good experience. Had they not had the exact used vehicle I was looking for..I would have walked. More

I CALLED TO CHECK ABOUT AN OFFER FROM MARK HARTSELL TO BUY MY TRUCK. I GOT A RETURN CALL FROM BEN NELSON, FROM THAT POINT FORWARD EVERYTHING FELL IN LINE. ALL PERSONS INVOLVED IN THIS SALE WERE SUPER NI BUY MY TRUCK. I GOT A RETURN CALL FROM BEN NELSON, FROM THAT POINT FORWARD EVERYTHING FELL IN LINE. ALL PERSONS INVOLVED IN THIS SALE WERE SUPER NICE, I DIDN'T FEEL PRESSURE FROM ANYONE. A PRICE WAS GIVEN TO ME, I MADE AN OFFER, I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD MAKE A CALL TO LANCE. I WALKED OUT, THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL TO COME IN FOR MY OFFER. THAT SIMPLE!! I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT LANCE CUNNINGHAM IN 2000 AND SAID I WOULD NEVER BE BACK. AFTER TALKING WITH BEN ON THE PHONE I WAS CONVINCED. I HAVE DRIVEN FORDS FOR YEARS AND COULD NOT BE PERSUADED TO ANOTHER MANUFACTURER. After realizing the status of my F150, Joey met me at the service counter and took me out and showed me what was available. Preston saw where I was searching on the Internet and contacted me both by Phone an service counter and took me out and showed me what was available. Preston made every effort to make me happy with the purchase. Did I mention this is the 2nd F150 Preston has sold me and the 4th Ford that I have purchased from Lance Cunningham and crew. Jason did everything he could do to get the final cost down to where I was satisfied with the purchase. As an added benefit to make sure I was satisfied Jason allowed me to take the truck home with the agreement that I could bring it back if I was not completely satisfied. The only downside to the whole process was the amount of time it took to close the deal and get me on the road (4 hours). More
