Our vehicle went into Limp home Mode. Crossroads came through on fixing our 2013 Explorer with Throttle Body Issues. Thankfully we have the best ESP plan that covered the fix with our dedu Crossroads came through on fixing our 2013 Explorer with Throttle Body Issues. Thankfully we have the best ESP plan that covered the fix with our deductible. Hopefully a recall soon. The only thing that disturbed me was the fact that I was told by the Service Advisor that they only provided loaner cars if you purchased the vehicle from them. I found that disturbing since the expensive ESP plan states that it covers rentals. I explained that while I did not purchase that Explorer there that I have purchase 3 vehicles in the past. Thankfully Steve Wooldridge allowed me to get a rental unit. I have nothing but good things to say about the service itself. Steve O'Connell always does an excellent job. My Car Is Happy Again My 2002 Mustang had been involved in a front end collision 4 years ago. I have taken it to several non-dealership mechanics to try to save money but the car was never right. It has spent most of it's time in the garage because it felt unsafe to drive. Finally I decided to take it to Crossroads Ford in Frankfort. I was provided a full list of issues that needed to be resolved and was helped to prioritize so that I could keep repairs within my budget. I have my car back and it runs like a champ! I love my car again and am excited to be driving it again. Thanks to everyone at Crossroads for great service and professionalism. My car will forever be in your hands. More
Great service and wonderful people I called to set up a time for my oil change and tire rotation and check fluids. Jonathan set up the time I wanted.. Took my Escape in and he said I could wait but I had other things to do but he called with in two hour and said my vehicle was ready. I also received an email telling me it was ready. I beleive if I had taken it to any other place I would have had to wait several hours and I would have had to call and see if it was ready but not at Crossroads they call you. I have already recommended to a couple of people to go purchase their vehicle from Crossroads. Great job More

Exceptional customer service Scheduled my MKX for the works, even though it was the end of the day, the service personal took the time to walk me to and from the various office lo Scheduled my MKX for the works, even though it was the end of the day, the service personal took the time to walk me to and from the various office locations, the lounge, the check out and explained my vehicle was on a recall list as well as went over the service performed. Then walked me to my freshly washed and vacumned vehicle. Really a pleasure my first visit at this dealetship. I CAN not remember names. More

The time-frame estimation for completion was very accurate. I was notified when the service to my vehicle was completed. I also utilized the shuttle service to and from work. The entire staff I was in contact with during my service experience were courteous and professional. I will definitely utilize Crossroads for future service and sales needs. Great Service! Wow! I had engine trouble with my RV and showed up unannounced at the service department. I was treated with courtesy and respect. They even gave me a Wow! I came back in my car to retrieve some items from the RV. I accidentally locked my keys in my car. They were able to unlock my car for me. Talk about beyond the call of duty! They were able to immediately identify the problem and order the necessary part. My RV was ready for the road the next morning. Thank you so much! More
