Emergency Our visit to this Ford dealer's service was an emergency. It was a very hot day, a warning light came on and we lost our A/C and power steering. Turns out a belt had broken which ultimately caused the battery to almost die. Our problem was diagnosed very quickly and we were on our way in just over an hour. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.So glad we could get it fixed without a huge delay or expense. More

Just as soon as all was back and Chris let us know our Coil pack #4 was the problem , Seems like no sooner than we said it was ok to go ahead and fix it WAS DONE !! Chris, the service guys and the young lady we talked to in back was great!!
