Experience with service dept. I recently had my Explorer serviced. I was very satisfied with the way everything was handled by the service dept. My Explorer needed a part replaced I recently had my Explorer serviced. I was very satisfied with the way everything was handled by the service dept. My Explorer needed a part replaced which was covered by warranty. It was necessary to leave it because of time required to complete the work. I was driven home by a nice driver. I don't have his name. All staff that day were professional. More
