Easy experience buying F-150 I drove and subsequently purchased an F-150 from Crossroads. While they didn't have a truck on the lot that exactly met my needs, Will located one an I drove and subsequently purchased an F-150 from Crossroads. While they didn't have a truck on the lot that exactly met my needs, Will located one and had it on site within a few days. The discussion was easy--not pushy at all--and the actual act of signing papers and buying a truck was not bad. I financed through Ford at the dealer and the financing was a little annoying, with too many "add-on" offers and other things I didn't want but had to sit through. My only real gripe is that they put ridiculous stickers on the truck. The sticker on the rear windshield came off and left a sitcky mess, and even worse, there's horrible looking white dealer lettering above the rear factory decal--on a black truck. I didn't expect to pay $50,000 to advertise for Crossroads but also didn't think to tell them NOT to put ugly stickers on my new vehicle. One more note: I arrived to find the new truck sitting there waiting on me, freshly cleaned, but with a 2" scratch on the front bumper. They fixed it immediately. More

What made the decision for me was how I was treated at Crossroads Ford: with respect and consideration. I was made to feel right at home and comfortable. There was no pushiness or condescension or 'game playing' during the negotiations. As a woman, this is a rare experience at a dealership. Micheal Wainscott and Will Clark went the extra mile to help me figure out a way to fit two large dog crates in the Flex, spending 20 minutes working on a configuration. Knowing I'm on a budget, they searched throughout the state to find exactly what I wanted. Micheal also found an extra incentive to apply towards my purchase, and he told me I could call him any time if I had questions or concerns. He worked his schedule around mine, even coming in early to help me with the purchase. I definitely will recommend Crossroads Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle! More
