Best car salesman I have ever had Not long ago my wife and I was searching to upgrade our current car by a few years. Our current vehicle was in perfect condition, did need a thing, Not long ago my wife and I was searching to upgrade our current car by a few years. Our current vehicle was in perfect condition, did need a thing, except maybe new wiper blades. As we were looking around the lot, I was approached by a salesman named Rich Gafford. We told him what we were looking for, took several test drives, we kept going back to the first car we looked at. It was like God had reserved this car, we now call her Diamond. During the entire process, we were not presured or rushed. After telling Rich I was retired Air Force, he told me he was the Big Marine. After a lot of back and forth with his boss, which we were firm on our time frame for monthly payments and number of months. Rich made it happen for us. Best salesman I've ever came across. But with his information and drive to find me what I needed, along with the majority of what I'd like in a vehicle, he found almost exactly what I was looking for within his vehicle inventory. I got out from under my "burden" and into a feasibly affordable payment as well as back on the right track without worry. Definitely a customer service representative in a industry full of "sales"men. More
