I have purchased all my vehicles from Gary Rome and I bring them in there to have them serviced the last time I was there they did not check the transmission fluid they did not check the antifreeze and c bring them in there to have them serviced the last time I was there they did not check the transmission fluid they did not check the antifreeze and could not clear the computer very disappointed I brought it back to them and the person that did my car said yes he did I had to add my own fluids that I paid you people to do More

Driverside rear window motor needed to be replaced. 2019 car part not in stock so it was ordered by their parts dept. Once in stock, rescheduled service date. Took less than an hour to replace. However, I have found that this service center has imp since I bought my new Kia Optima in 2013. Most of the time I have been pleased with service.
