Although the electrical problem with my Sorento was difficult to pin down and although resolving the problem was a multi-service event I must say that Trisden, the head of the service department at Rom difficult to pin down and although resolving the problem was a multi-service event I must say that Trisden, the head of the service department at Rome Kia took on the difficulty and stuck with it and supplied me with a loner car for approximately four to five weeks. I ran a high-end remodeling business for fifty years and am familiar with customer service for complicated issues. Trisden was regular with calls to let me know where things stood and explained the situation well and always gave me the impression that I was smart to have chosen Kia. This is my third Kia and because of the way I was treated at Rome Kia and especially by Trisden I constantly recommend Kia to friends, family and customers. I am aware that nothing is perfect and appreciate Kia’s commitment to provide a warranted that truly gives me piece of mind. My first two Kia’s never had issues and thus far my current Sorento has had only one real issue which was a TRICKY one. I thank Kia, Rome, and Rome’s, Trisden for standing in there for me. More
