This went so smooth that the deal was done and The 1st time I saw or drove it was the day I was picking it up. No Pressure, all ready for me, the deal I wanted what more can you ask for? John is a 10 yr Veteran of Gary Rome (unusual for car dealer workers, most hop around). I could not be more pleased with the staff and the car.
