Service techs were fine, professional and helpful. Receptionist and service advisor answer phone as if you are purposefully trying to ruin their day by calling. My Kia is a 2013 so I normally go to a local garage. This time though there was a fuse recall so I needed to go to a Kia dealer for a free fix. My dealership is no longer there from years ago. The This time though there was a fuse recall so I needed to go to a Kia dealer for a free fix. My dealership is no longer there from years ago. The last time I went to a dealership for a recall (NOT Gary Rome*) I didn't love it. They recommended almost $5k of repairs that weren't necessary.....so I had what needed to be done at my garage for $400. So I was not looking forward to this, but it was very different at Gary Rome. The staff were very efficient and polite. After the repair I was given a recommendation for one thing (the rear allignment) which was reasonable. Also the waiting area is nice and comfortable, and they washed my car complementary at the end. So I felt really good about this dealership and would recommend it. More
