No thank you. The fact that soooo many Kia’s need all new Engines and the waitlist is 6 weeks or more says EVERYTHING. I would never buy another Kia again. Now for Gary Rome Kia, I think the sales dept is fine. Service is another thing. The receptionist? Is rude and has no customer service skills. Besides Trisdan and the manager whose name I can’t remember (but she was very helpful), it was not a good experience. Days of being ignored, years of no help on SUV that had engine light on for YEARS but was told it was a faulty sensor and they would clear the code until now, now I need a whole new engine. And I was told Engine light was on, why didn’t you do something about it?? Because of YOU!!!! I would never recommend Gary Rome Kia to anyone and I don’t know anyone who has. Co workers, friends, family members who will not return. Sadly, I believe nothing will change and your service dept will continue to cost you customers.

Denise, working with this Dealership has been the worst experience I’ve had yet. I get it I bought a Porsche from a Kia dealer. But yesterday they picked my car up to do a multipoint inspection, once returned my car smelled of marijuana and the speakers were at FULL BLAST. I was handed a sheet that basically had no info other than “everything working as designed” yet when I called David Nathan with this info, Tristan from the service department called told me the quick items they checked and informed me that there was oil residue on the oil pressure switch and to keep an eye on it. No where is that written on the sheet that was handed to me. I am super disappointed. The only person who has made any of better was D’Angelo who went out of his way to assist on matters.
