Treated like family My wife and I had a bad experience with a salesperson earlier on the same day with a "big box" dealership in Clarksville. We arrived well after 6:00 My wife and I had a bad experience with a salesperson earlier on the same day with a "big box" dealership in Clarksville. We arrived well after 6:00 p.m. the same day at Gary Matthews and from the start, we noticed things were different. Sonia Paris asked us what we might be interested in and she was there to assist us. We told her what we were looking for and she checked inventory for our specific requests. She was personable, treated a customer like family and soon we were taking a test drive. Afterwards, we met Steve and Paul and a deal was reached and they as well treated us like family. They stayed well after closing hour to ensure we were satisfied. My wife and I feel that the reason we purchased our new Pacifica from Gary Matthews was they treat you like family. More

Great customer service We took the 4 hour drive yesterday to pick up our new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon edition. I must say, Giavonni made this absolutely the best vehicle We took the 4 hour drive yesterday to pick up our new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon edition. I must say, Giavonni made this absolutely the best vehicle purchasing experience we've had! He took care of everything over the phone so that, once we arrived, all we had to do was sign papers. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He made sure to take the time to contact us with updates and just stay in touch during the entire process. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very nice and welcoming. The showroom, offices, and lot were very clean and classy. It was, hands down, an awesome experience and we'll definitely contact him when we're ready to purchase another! Thanks for making us feel welcomed and appreciated. It was well worth the drive! More

I have to say that in all of the car buying experiences I have had, the ABSOLUTE BEST by FAR has been with the sales team at Gary Mathews Motors in Clarksville, TN. The iTeam Sales Manager and Expert, John have had, the ABSOLUTE BEST by FAR has been with the sales team at Gary Mathews Motors in Clarksville, TN. The iTeam Sales Manager and Expert, John Knack has performed flawlessly in every respect. He been not only courteous but has handled all of the details for the purchase of my new Dodge Ram 3500 Crew Cab without so much as a minor hiccup. The deal made for my Trade-in, was well above board and done with the highest degree of professionalism. The Sales manager David Leah was not only a true consummate professional as well, but easy to talk to and simply reinforced my decision to my new truck 500 miles from my home. When you get that kind of treatment coupled with the degree of dignity and respect from a dealer you can’t help but offer the highest recognition for that type of service.
