I came across a card from Gary Matthews Motors and decided to give one more try into purchasing a vehicle I talked to Tony and he assured me that I would be riding I only needed to be covered by insurance, being swindled by other dealers I thought it was another scam Tony kept reaching out to countiously keeping me updating me on my application and tryimg to set up apoointments so we could met and finalize the deal. I finally decided to go in and see if the allegations that he was so addement about were true and THEY WERE! Soon as I walked into the lot I was greeted with wonderful customer service and assured I was going to drive off the lot with a car John found me the perfect car they worked their magic in finance and before I knew It I was signing for an affordable car no downpayment and drove off the lot with way more affordable payments than imagined they were patient and caring and I could tell it made them feel good to put a smile on my face and it was wonderful customer service wonderful teamwork. Extremely unsatisfied Twice this year we have had to bring in our Ram, and both times they have kept the vehicle for over 2 weeks. Every time we call to ask about it they said other cars have been brought in that need to be diagnosed before they will work on ours. It's kind of ridiculous to expect someone to go without a vehicle for over 2 weeks. They never offered to give a loaner car and never called to inform us of anything. The only time we would get an update is when we call them. Very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere next time. More
