Awful Took in vehicle for warranty work. It turned into a month plus ordeal. They charge you for diagnosing problems you don’t want or can’t afford to fix. Took in vehicle for warranty work. It turned into a month plus ordeal. They charge you for diagnosing problems you don’t want or can’t afford to fix. They said they found the problem... threw parts at it... didn’t fix it... did they same thing two more times over the next month!!!! Wouldn’t help pay for a rental. Oh and they never will contact you to tell you what is going on ! I had to call multiple times a week to see what was going on and when I could get my vehicle so I could stop trying to car pool or use my wife’s car when she didn’t have to work. It was the worst service I have ever been through when it comes to service centers and on top of everything.... I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY TRUCK THAT I ORIGANLLY TOOK IN TO GET FIXED !!!!!!!!!! Insane !!!! Either they just don’t care or their mechanics are that bad. Do not use their service center by any means. More

Everyone gets busy at work Not a great experience at all from the poor customer service and communication down to the multiple quotes and estimates. Everyone gets busy at work but when you are too busy to provide good customer service and accurate estimates it puts people in a real bind. My vehicle would at least start up and drive for a short amount of time when I brought it in but since they had to take the engine apart and put it back together it is now in operable. 1st quote $598 then $825. Seriously? More
