There was one car ahead Great customer service overall. Started by calling ahead on Saturday morning to check how busy it was the service department. There was one car ahead of me, but by the time I arrived, they took my Jeep right away. Oil change, diagnostic, fluids, and tire pressure services took all of about 15-20 minutes. At checkout, it was recommended to me that I mention that I purchased the tires at that location so I get free tire services. I will definitely bring my Grand Cherokee back for services in the future. More
