I reside in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and luckily I found the exact 2019 Rubicon that I had been looking for at Gary Mathews Motors, but couldn't find at any Florida, Georgia Jeep Dealership. I experienced great customer service from everyone at Gary Mathews Motors. Rich was able to have the Jeep that I wanted delivered to me in Fort Lauderdale. Liars My temp tag expired on 2-20-19. I have been on the phone with these people every 2 days since the 18th and have been lied to every time. They say it's My temp tag expired on 2-20-19. I have been on the phone with these people every 2 days since the 18th and have been lied to every time. They say it's in the mail. Then they said it mailed out the 23rd. Already late. Then I was hung up on. Horrible buying experience. This is the 28th still no tag. I may seek legal action. Don't buy here they do not care. More
not satisfied very high estimate main issue not repaired I brought my srt in for a few repairs on Feb 13th. There were a couple of recalls that were repaired as requested. The other two items are the issue. I requested that the rear brakes get looked at and that the noise in the rear end get looked at as my warranty would be expiring in about 75 miles. I had the "quality control" guy ride with me to listen to the noises and he stated "do not go fast-your differential is about to fall apart". We took it back to the shop and he told the guy he heard no brake issue but the differential was bad. When I finally heard back, they stated that the noises were coming from the rear brakes and all 4 brakes needed rotors and pads and the total would be around $2700 to repair- wow! I told them not to repair. I called my salesman Will and he said he had heard the issue and was going to get with the service manager to see what was up. He called me on Feb 19th(almost a week later) and said the Manager would be calling me early morning on the 20th to give a different estimate. I waited until Friday the 22nd(now 9 days since dropping off vehicle and 3 days since I was suppose to receive a call) and never received any calls. I went at 4:30 on the 22nd and picked up my vehicle and paid the $50 for the brake inspection. I have since had the rear brakes repaired with rotors and pads for a total of $249 and there was nothing needing repaired on the front brakes so I saved over $2400 not using your service center. The issue now is that my warranty has expired and like your quality control guy said, MY DIFFERENTIAL IS ABOUT TO FALL APART, and now I have no warranty. The brakes were not what was making the noise! My only option at this point is to repair my vehicle at my expense or just trade it and then tell my story to others about my experience. I went over a week with my vehicle sitting in the parking lot without any communication and I assume if I wouldn't have showed up to get it, it would still be sitting there. More
