Highly disappointed in the service yesterday Yesterday I had an 8:30 appointment for my 2017 Ram Promaster City van to get tires installed and an oil change. I made the appointment on Jun 3 and Yesterday I had an 8:30 appointment for my 2017 Ram Promaster City van to get tires installed and an oil change. I made the appointment on Jun 3 and on June 6 I sent a confirmation email--as requested--with the tire size for my vehicle so the parts department could make sure they had the tires on hand. This is a work van, so I had my employee there waiting on the service. The tires were never ordered, and the maintenance department didn't seem to know there was a tire service scheduled. But instead of just doing the oil change and getting my employee back on the road to meet with our customers, they put the van in the queue with all of the other drive-in oil change people--those who did not take the time to make an appointment. So, for the next two hours I paid my employee to sit there waiting for a simple oil change to get done, which didn't get him out of there until after 11am. Now I have to waste another day to reschedule a tire replacement, costing me hundreds of dollars in lost opportunity cost to my business. All because your team does not understand the needs of small business, and their small-minded procedural bureaucracy. When I bought my two Promaster City vans last year, I had intended to maintain them with Gary Mathews exclusively because I figured you would be most likely to want to meet my needs as a small business partner. I see that my belief was misplaced and your organization has no regard for my needs as a business, nor do you seem to want to foster a long-lasting relationship after the sale. Very, very disappointing. In fact, three weeks ago I was forced to take my other van (a 2018) to an independent shop to have the heater core replaced since it had cracked and was leaking coolant. I called your maintenance shop and was told I couldn't be seen for 10 days, so in the meantime I would have to sit my van, unable to service customers, and thus hurting my business. I simply couldn't allow that so I went to another shop who fixed my problem in ONE DAY. I ended up paying, however, about $600 for something that was probably a warrantied item, because you --again--don't seem to understand the needs of small business and you have not set up your operation to meet those needs. So I ask...why should I continue to go to you for my service? Why? I accepted I would be paying higher maintenance costs by going through a dealer for my vehicle maintenance, but I assumed you would make it up with superior service. I believed you would take care of me especially after buying two of my vehicles from you in the past year. As you can tell, I am not happy. I am very disappointed, and I seriously doubt I will ever call on you to service my vehicles again. And don't expect me to not express my discontent with others who may ask. More

Worst service, once again. I have received an oil change from here on several different occasions. Each time, they try charging me a different amount than before and yesterday t I have received an oil change from here on several different occasions. Each time, they try charging me a different amount than before and yesterday they tried charging me double what it normally is. I was told all of my fluids had been filled and I specifically asked about my windshield washer fluid because it hadn’t been filled the time before and the guy assured me it had been filled. When I drove off the lot, I went to clean my windshield and yet again NOTHING. It took over an hour for an oil change and there was only one other person waiting. The time before that, I needed a new headlight and I was charged $80 for the light. They only replaced the left side and a week later, the right one needed to be replaced. I ended up checking the cost at auto zone for the light bulb, and it was $15 for a 2 pack! I will never come back again because time after time I am disappointed with the quality of work and the way they try to over charge me; which I am assuming it is because I am a woman. More
