Even though I had an appt. with a salesman to test drive a car, we waited at the dealership for at least 30 minutes while being totally ignored. After going to the counter to inquire as to what was taking so long, our salesman came out and apologized and said he was tied up with another customer and someone else would be taking care of us. (Which was fine, except we should have been informed of that 30 minutes earlier). The salesman was friendly enough, but spent most of his time trying to talk me into buying a car, when the only thing I was interested in was leasing a car. When I asked about prices, he found his manager to come and talk to us. The manager, further, spent all of his time trying to talk me into buying the vehicle, rather than answering any of my questions about leasing. No one ever did give me any price quotes, but ended the evening by saying I would be receiving them in an email in a day or two. I never did. Also, I was told my car had to be "built", which was simply not true, and not once, was an offer made to try and find the exact car I wanted at another dealership. Most of my questions were left unanswered. I felt like it was a high pressure sales job and that no one there really cared if they made a sale or not or if I became a customer there or not. It was a totally very bad experience and I will never recommend anyone ever go there. More
When I first arrived at the dealership, I was connected with the salesman that I had set up an appointment with to look at a particular vehicle. He knew a quick route that I could take while test driving that tested all the major driving points of the vehicle. Before I decided to buy the vehicle, the salesman gave me some time alone to inspect the vehicle without looking over my shoulder. When I decided to buy the vehicle, he made the car buying process very hassle free and quick. I was in and out with my vechicle within an hours time. I came into Gray Crossley after having the worst two weeks. I totaled my car and working two jobs I needed to find a reliable vehicle with a good price. I looked at multiple car lots and many salesmen tried to push me into vehicles that I did not like, but that they told me I should. I also am a recent college grad and my credit score is a little less than perfect, many places turned me down without a co-signer, and with no other options I did not know where to turn. So I did more research and called Gary Crossley, James Humphrey called me quickly after my inquiry and set up an appointment. He listened to me when I told him exactly what I needed and what I was looking for! He showed me many cars with various options and listened to what I liked and did not like. The finance department worked really hard on getting me an awesome loan with an even better interest rate which was something that I did not think that I would ever be able to get on my own. I left in the perfect vehicle for me, a 2012 white focus, it is gorgeous and worth all the time in effort that I put into looking! The sales team especially James is absolutely amazing and helpful, everywhere you went in the building there was always someone to help you! I would recommend them to anyone! More
I went to Gary Crossley to purchase a Ford Focus. I had experienced some unprofessional customer service issues that made me go somewhere else to purchase. Since my experience at Gary Crossley, I have lear experienced some unprofessional customer service issues that made me go somewhere else to purchase. Since my experience at Gary Crossley, I have learned that my issues were addressed with the staff and weren't taken lightly. With this said, I can say that I would give Gary Crossley a second chance because of a few things. 1). There very reputable. 2). I support local businesses 3). Their vehcile prices are VERY competative. If you ever feel that your being mistreated or see any form of unprofessionalism, please do not hesitate to contact a manager. That goes for any dealership. If I had been notified by a manager before I had bought my new car from somewhere else, I would have came back to Gary Crossley to finish what I had started there. More

By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and the entire staff was nothing but friendly. I met Ryan Crossley and he gave me his card and said to call if I had any issues. The next day the check engine light came on and I called Ryan he told me to come in and not only fixed my problem but let me drive his car to an important meeting while the work was being done. I would tell any of my friends and family that Gary Crossley ford is the only place to deal with when it comes to anything to do with your car and or truck! I have a GM Truck and take it there for my service as the Liberty Chevy Dealer is a complete idiot. More

I have since sent in family and friends who have purchased there and I will continue to do so. Also there follow up after the sale has been great as well. More
This dealer is one of the most horrible experiences I have had in my 35+ years dealing with car dealers. I was reffered to them by my insurance company to repair body work from an auto accident. I wont even get into thr rudeness of the employees or the 3 times I had to take thr vehicle back to them to have it fixed PROPERLY. It still is not fixed to my satisfaction. To add insult to injury 8 months after I concluded my nightmare with Crossley, Ryan Crossley (apparently inherited part of daddy's business but does not know how to run one) called me out of the blue amd demanded $1,500.00 for unpaid work. I ask Crossley for documentation why he believed I owed him money. I also asked if a problem existed 8 months ago why are we addressing now?? Crossley refused to provide any documentation and advised I had only written him a check for $150.00. I then produced a check from the bank showing I had paid at least $650.00. Crossley acted puzzled and challenged the validity of the check. After confirming it was real he still demanded the original ammount. This whole things stinks and the truth will come out and it will end with egg on the face of young Crossley. Proceed with caution if you deal with this dealer. You can find a much better selection, friendly staff, and honest business practice just a little south of this dealer who thinks he is in Liberty, MO but actually is in Kansas City, Missouri. More
Gary Crossley Ford is a horrible dealership to work with. I was looking at a truck they had listed online. They didn't have it on their lot and took 4 days to get it in. Then they needed to send it to their shop for inspection. We had already came up with initial figures on my trade-in. Tim told me he would call at specific times and give me a status update, he never did. I would end up calling an hour later and always get the reply "I was getting ready to call you." I called and setup a meeting on Saturday morning as they said the truck would be ready, but then they called me 5 min prior to say they couldn't find the truck. I drove up and talked to them and they said either their wholesaler took the truck last night or someone stole it and they'd call me back once they found out. After waiting 10 hrs, I decided to call and see if they had found the truck yet. They told me they had sold it to another dealership somewhere else. Very POOR customer service! Very RUDE to string along a potential customer for over a week. It's obvious I won't be dealing with them in the future, this also puts a sour taste in my mouth for Ford in general. More
