Have dealt with them for years only because their between my home and work. Over time have had numerous issues with them, especially the service department. Several times I've taken near new vehicles in with problems and had them respond with "no problem found" and then take it to Midway Ford and have it fixed. The last issue was a remote starter that I had installed at time of purchase. It kept shutting the car off at least once a week, sometimes while driving. If you let it sit for from 1 hour to a day or so you could restart it. Of course 1st time in "no problem found". 2nd time in they gave me a loaner and the mechanics drove it for a week as they would their own vehicle then decided to give it back with remote disconnected to see if it would happen again. Three months later,It did not. Took it back again and they put "a whole new system in" they had never had that problem before. One week later did it again. Told them to take it off and refund purchase price. Took it off but said refund would be sent in mail in less than 2 weeks. It's been over a month haven't seen it yet. Their telling me 2 more weeks. We'll see. More
I found the whole team at Gary Crosley Ford to be friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Nick Jorjadze was absolutely great and I would highly recommend him. Just attended the beginner, intermediate and advanced SYNC classes offered by Frankie Petty. Kurt was excellent to work with. Really liked his honesty and think he got us the best deal he could. Frankie gave me some good info on Sync and I attended all of her classes. Both Kurt and Frankie told us not to hesitate to call them with future questions, and we really appreciate that. There were only two things that we would suggest: 1) Have more used Taurus' on the lot. There weren't any and we really intended to purchase a use late model Taurus (I do love the new one though), and 2) It took quite a long time to wrap things up. We were probably there 6 hours total, but it was a Saturday so the dealership was extra busy. More
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. The dealer's were shady and pushy. My salesman lied to me. I just completed the sync classes with Frankie Petty today. I found the class very help even though I knew most of the information Frankie shared. I wish this class would have been available at the prio today. I found the class very help even though I knew most of the information Frankie shared. I wish this class would have been available at the prior dealership I purchased my Mariner in 2010. Frankie walked the class through all of the areas of Sync and explained each area very well. This service is a great benefit to those who just purchased a Ford or had one before and did not understand the system. Thanks for the great availability of such a class. Kathy Avelyn More
