I just finished my "Sync" class with Frankie at Gary Crossley Ford. What great information and she talks in simple terms to help us novices out! After taking the class I feel that I learned a HUGE amount of information on how to use Sync. Frankie had handouts for us and she had a great visual presentation. I am looking forward to sitting in my car and trying all the new "gadgets" I have. I have already received an email from Frankie letting me know that she is there for me if I have any questions......I'm sure I will! If you want to get a Ford vehicle with Sync, Frankie is the person you need to speak with. She will help you become proficient at using all the features that Sync offers. I can't imagine now going anywhere else for a Ford product other than Gary Crossley Ford in Liberty, Missouri. More
I have been a "service" customer of Gary Crossley for the past several years, using their service department for my vehicles. Their service group is amazing, so when it was time for me to buy a vehicle, I knew I wanted to buy from this dealership as well. I went in, and Jerry immediately greeted me and was able to help get me started looking at cars. I finally narrowed down my search to two vehicles, and I was on a very strict budget. I really wanted to buy from Gary Crossley, but another Ford dealership in the area had a similar vehicle for a better price. I was so impressed when Jerry and his sales manager worked with me on a deal that fit my budget, met the price at the other dealership, AND took fantastic care of me during the whole process. The great service didn't stop when I signed my name to the contract, either. Jerry made sure my new truck was PERFECT for me when I picked it up, and Frankie did a fantastic job walking me through the SYNC services (which I hadn't used before). Even after I drove off the lot, both Jerry and Frankie have followed up to make sure that I am 100% happy with my new truck. Thank you Gary Crossley team, especially Jerry and Frankie, for a great experience, and a new truck that my boys and I LOVE! More
Frankie did a very good job explaining the Sync System and bringing it down to the levels needed for those who are not technnology literate. I have received several follow up calls from various people there wanting to be sure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the experiance. They also offer a sync class to be sure that you understand the technological features of your vechile. That is were Frankie come in. She does a great job with the class and is very informative and well prepared. They even offer three levels to be sure they help all of their diverse customer base.. It's truly a great place to shop. I hate taking my car in for service for many reasons. Eddie at Gary Crossley Ford changed my mind. Tim Parnacott knows his cars and how to sell. He listened to what our needs were and brought a car that he thought would work for us. I don't know where to start with this place. It starts with bad and just gets worse. The sales person didn't offer a test drive of the new 2013 Fiesta that I unfortunately purchased, had to ask for starts with bad and just gets worse. The sales person didn't offer a test drive of the new 2013 Fiesta that I unfortunately purchased, had to ask for a owners manual, did not go over any of the cars functions, sloppy detailing. Issue with a noise coming from the engine compartment. I was told ... They all do that, then he (Tom) denies saying that. I ask if they could show me another 2013 Fiesta that makes the same noise since they all do that. That didn't happen... This is all within the first week of owning this car. I'm seriously exploring options with Better business bureau and Ford corporate. Worst experience I've had from any dealer in my life. Thanks Gary Crossley Ford. More
Went to Sync services class and learned a great deal. Frankie Petty was very informative, answered all our questions and took the extra time to explain things we didn't understand or had questions on. No pressure and patient but had all the answers for me when I was looking. Very qualified to deal with customers looking to buy a new Ford vehicle.
