Great Customer Service I purchased a car from Todd Gentry. He was not pushy and just made himself available for any questions I might have had. I recommend him as a knowledgeable salesman that lets the customer make his own decisions without unwanted interference. We have been back several times for oil changes, etc, and he always remembers me and asked about how I and my wife are doing. When I am ready to get a new car again, I will not hesitate to ask for Todd. I also took a beginner sync class from Frankie Petty. She helped me use items in sync that I did not understand until her class. She is both very knowledgeable about sync and seems very happy to share her knowledge with you. If you are having any troubles with your sync, she is the individual you need to ask for. Both of these individuals made my wife and I feel we were very special. More

This has nothing to do with the salesman, all to do with management policy, which comes from the top. I would have paid $50 more per month on a three year lease if I would have jumped at the first offer. That's $1800 over the life of the lease. I will definitely buy here when I get my mustang convert next year! More

He doesn't pressure you into looking at one particular car. Or puss one higher priced over a lower price. He listens and helps you find exactly what you want. Then he stays with you through the complete buying experience. He doesn't hand you off to some one and you never see him again. The finance department did a wonderful job and got us the best deal they could. The after market shop was wonderful. They helped us get our remote start and protective coating . Frankie Patty did a wonderful job on the My Touch class. The whole experience was a joy. And I know from past experience the service center will do a wonderful job taking care of us from here on out. I strongly recommend Gary Crossley Ford! More

Very bad place to shop for a car. They will not tell you what wrong with car, example if there are dint, scratches or any other problems as long as you are willing to buy. Tim road with me on the test drive and man did we turn the music up and Jam the entire time...Gotta get the real life scenarios during test drive right! We had a great time! I returned to the dealership with my beautiful Mazda3 S Sport 2010 to get my very first car wash a few days later and the entire staff was so kind to walk me step by step on how the FREE car washes work and were more than happy to spend the time with me. Every person I worked with the day I bought the car remembered me and made sure to say Hi and ask me how I was doing and how my new ride were doing! I knew the moment I walked into Gary Crossley that I was in great hands and knew they would give me the best deal possible! I never thought I would get approved for a loan and especially at a nice dealership like Crossley...My Credit is far from good but with the amazing connections that Crossley has and the skill of Ricky Lynn in Financing, I was able to get approved and get a beautiful car too! Ricky Lynn made the financing part of the process a breeze and I never felt overwhelmed with the paperwork for a second! I believe at the very end of the paperwork, I said "That's it!". Our visit an conversations with Brad Christopher were very pleasant and informational. He was very professional and seemed to be able to determine what our needs were. We started out looking for a car while we waited to have our F350 truck diagnosed. It turned out that the problems with the F350 were very extensive and our needs and priorities changed. Brad was able to find just the truck that met our needs. He was never pushy and allowed us time to think over our needs. (Several days).
