Poor service I made an appointment with the service center to have my left turn signal fixed. I arrived promptly at 8:30. After an hour or so Ben comes out and tel I made an appointment with the service center to have my left turn signal fixed. I arrived promptly at 8:30. After an hour or so Ben comes out and tells me they have found the problem. It needs new pigtail connectors in the turn signal. He then tells me it should be done in an hour to an hour and a half. My vehicle is in the first stall outside of the directors office and I can see it from the service office. I checked on it several times while waiting. When an hour and half has gone by I am told the tech has gone to lunch. At 1:00 pm I go to the Service rep called Ben and tell him I want my vehicle and I will have the work done some place else. All of a sudden there is a tech and he says he has completed the job but hasn't done paperwork. He wasn't there prior to 1:00 - the service director told me he had gone to lunch. This tells me that as a customer its was okay to have me waiting for an employee to have his lunch before somebody processed the paperwork. OR IT TOOK ONLY THOSE FEW SECONDS WHEN THE TECH WALKED BACK TO MY TRUCK TO CLIP IN THOSE PIGTAIL WIRES. I CANT COMMENT ON THE QUALITY OF WORK UNTIL I SEE HOW LONG THIS FIXIT WORKS. I TOOK MY TRUCK IN THERE 8 months ago to have this same left turn signal fixed . SO FAR I HAVE INVESTED $700 to have a left turn signal fixed. The first time fooled shame on you. The second time fooled shame on me.. More
