Bought new car Bought a car here 8 years ago, went to another dealership closer to our house for this new one and had an awful time and didn't buy a car. Came back to Crossley and worked w/ Karl who was amazing and took his time talking w/ us about a new or a used car and our back and forth. We made a deal for our trade-in that was pleasing to us and them. We spoke to Howard about sealing the deal, then we dealt with Jeff in finance dept. All were very friendly, nice and professional.
