Keep an eye on your negotiated price, when I pointed out damage on the car the would need to be fixed the price went up, also know ahead of your agreement which side of your offer the doc fees are being applied to. I made my offer including the $199 charge, they tacked it on in addition to my offer. Several items listed in a "we owe" form that I have been unable to get completed, now saying they can't do them. Don't expect the car to be detailed prior to delivery either. The way it looks when you test drive it, inside and out, is what you are going to get when you pick it up. Never again. Amazed to see my salesman's name on these pages with a positive review, interesting they are all from male buyers. Maybe that was the issue... More
