Ask about an appraisal on my trade 3 times and kept getting the run around until we made a choice. Salesman actually left twice to see other customers. Got up and left, spent my 46k at a different ford dealer the next day. I live 2 miles from this dealer, but I will never set foot on the lot again. More

Warranty work I bought a car from another dealer, I won't mention his name. And he wouldn't do the warranty work after the purchase. So I took it to Gary Crossley F I bought a car from another dealer, I won't mention his name. And he wouldn't do the warranty work after the purchase. So I took it to Gary Crossley Ford and they treated me like I bought it there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service.
