Very friendly and efficient service. Car was cleaner when I left than when I arrived due to the free car wash. More

The entire process was smooth and easy, communication was excellent and every staff member I dealt with had excellent customer service. Speedy and family like Tim was awesome! We had advised what we were looking for via e-mail, set up the appointment, & went in for a service appointment on our 2014 Escape. Tim was awesome! We had advised what we were looking for via e-mail, set up the appointment, & went in for a service appointment on our 2014 Escape. Tim asked a few follow-up questions (Color, who the car was for, etc..), we did a test drive, and were signing papers within 30 minutes. This is the fastest purchase of a car that we have ever had, and we are totally satisfied with and in love with our 2015 Focus. Tim seemed to know what we were looking for and what we would be happy with. He knew the situation we were in financially and treated us like family. We recommend Tim to all our family and friends since we have always had such good results with him. When our lease is up on the 2014 Escape, we will be returning to Tim for our next purchase. Frankie made sure to follow-up with us, and answered our Sync questions. Stacie helped with the aftermarket items we wanted, and was super-helpful in scheduling and arranging alternative transportation when we had to bring the Focus back in to have those items added. More
