They worked with us to get us a vehicle that we were satisfied with. About a week later, the sunroof wouldn't close properly. When I called them, they got us right in and fixed the problem. We were even provided a rental car while the vehicle was being repaired. They have went above and beyond what we expected. We have never been treated this well before at a dealership. More

Great Ford Dealership and Service Department Between my daughter and myself we have bought 11 cars over the last 10 years. Had checked all over the Kansas City area and found that Gary Crossley Ford was the best around. The Fast Lane service is great. Had an appointment and was out and on my way in 1 hours time. They were very busy at the time I went in so I was very impressed with this. All of the 20,000 maintenance for my 2013 Ford Escape was done as expected. Will continue to use Gary Crossley Ford for maintenance on my Escape and will continue to buy from them the next time I am in need of a different vehicle. More

Routine Service I went in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 87,000 miles. The guys had me going in a short time. The Service Manager took the time to discuss the condition of the brake pads and rotors to let me know that they will need to be replaced on my next scheduled service. We made plans so I could leave the truck for the day next time. It was nice to know this in advance so I could make arrangements ahead of time and not have to spend the day at the shop. When things go wrong at Ford, but the people make it right. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 4 pm, I arrived on time and was told to wait on Kyle to get back to me, there was miscommunication from the I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 4 pm, I arrived on time and was told to wait on Kyle to get back to me, there was miscommunication from the newer guy whom didn't let Kyle know I was there for my appointment. I waited 15 minutes, and as we all know, time is invaluable, so I left. At this point in time I was really thinking about going to another place of business for my needs, considering I don't have time for lousy service, then I spoke to the Manager Kyle, and he corrected everything for me, on him, I didn't have to pay anything and even got a free car cleaning, where mistakes are made, when they're realized and corrected, it's a good place of business, thus I appreciate the efforts of Kyle, and the only reason I continue to service my vehicle there, for now. More
