Routine Service I went in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 87,000 miles. The guys had me going in a short time. The Service Manager took the time to discuss the condition of the brake pads and rotors to let me know that they will need to be replaced on my next scheduled service. We made plans so I could leave the truck for the day next time. It was nice to know this in advance so I could make arrangements ahead of time and not have to spend the day at the shop. When things go wrong at Ford, but the people make it right. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 4 pm, I arrived on time and was told to wait on Kyle to get back to me, there was miscommunication from the I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 4 pm, I arrived on time and was told to wait on Kyle to get back to me, there was miscommunication from the newer guy whom didn't let Kyle know I was there for my appointment. I waited 15 minutes, and as we all know, time is invaluable, so I left. At this point in time I was really thinking about going to another place of business for my needs, considering I don't have time for lousy service, then I spoke to the Manager Kyle, and he corrected everything for me, on him, I didn't have to pay anything and even got a free car cleaning, where mistakes are made, when they're realized and corrected, it's a good place of business, thus I appreciate the efforts of Kyle, and the only reason I continue to service my vehicle there, for now. More

New Car Purchase This is the second new car we have purchased at Crossley Ford. The salesman who sold us our first new Fusion no longer works there, so Dave Norton had This is the second new car we have purchased at Crossley Ford. The salesman who sold us our first new Fusion no longer works there, so Dave Norton had emailed, letting us know that he would be glad to help us with our car purchases in the future. It happened that my Fusion got totaled and we had to get a new car. Dave was good enough to offer us a discounted price, and was able to quickly find the car that I wanted, even though it had to be driven from St. Louis. Our sale was completed and car delivered within 5 days. We were also impressed by other employees--Rick Lynn and Frankie Petty. Everyone was extremely helpful, and we will continue to look at Crossley Ford first for our future needs. More

Much Much Improved 4 month ago I went here to purchase a new Fusion...the experience was awful and I left the review stating so. This week I purchased a new Mustang, money is money so I went to every dealer in the area, and as a last resort, I went back and tried again with Gary Crosley Ford. I must say, this visit was a total 180 from last time, and I did find out the person I dealt with last time was no longer there. Sam Dorsey, worked his a$$ off to find me the right vehicle, and it took some time.....I was never pushed or pressured in any decision from start to finish. Perhaps last time i just had a bad sales person....it happens....but very very pleased this time....from the price to the delivery of the vehicle. More
