They were very busy at the time I went in so I was very impressed with this. All of the 20,000 maintenance for my 2013 Ford Escape was done as expected. Will continue to use Gary Crossley Ford for maintenance on my Escape and will continue to buy from them the next time I am in need of a different vehicle. More
