I recently bought a fairly new (2018) used vehicle for my growing family. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and specifically confirmed with the dealer that there was no smoke smell in the car at all growing family. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and specifically confirmed with the dealer that there was no smoke smell in the car at all (I have young children). The vehicle smells strongly like smoke. I found dryer sheets under seats and they had recently detailed the vehicle with a strong detailing scent to cover the smoke smell (very dishonest). Therefore, I did not notice the issue until I got the vehicle home. Do NOT trust them for used car sales. More
Made an appointment for basic service a week prior to my visit at the Quick Lane. Drove 60 miles for the appointment then was told there was no way the could get to it today. Wasted a day I could have bee visit at the Quick Lane. Drove 60 miles for the appointment then was told there was no way the could get to it today. Wasted a day I could have been working, I’ve purchased more the 10 new vehicles from them over the past 20 years. No more, I’m done with this dealership More
Had my F250 in last month for a full service as I have the extended warranty and it never fails they dont complete the entire work. So here I set again to have it done correctly. The service has declined the extended warranty and it never fails they dont complete the entire work. So here I set again to have it done correctly. The service has declined sufficiently and they seem to do less and less work each time. More
I have been working with Amanda in service and she has been nothing less of amazing. They’ve had my car for awhile now but she has kept in contact the entire time and has kept us in a car to drive. When I been nothing less of amazing. They’ve had my car for awhile now but she has kept in contact the entire time and has kept us in a car to drive. When I told her we needed to travel for Christmas she didn’t hesitate to get us in a large suv from Hertz so we could take it long distance. Thank you Amanda for your top notch customer service! More
Went to Gary Crossley Ford to buy Ford explore and they didn’t have what I wanted but they told me they give me a call, never called but I went back a second time to buy a Ford explore, they said they woul didn’t have what I wanted but they told me they give me a call, never called but I went back a second time to buy a Ford explore, they said they would call and again they never called. I ended up buying my explorer limited from another dealership. And now I get a recall on my Ford and I called Gary Crossley Ford to schedule an appointment for the recall and in the letter I was sent by Ford corporation they said that it would take at least a half a day and that it may require a rental that would be provided by the dealership, called the dealership explained the letter to them set up a date to have my car come in to have it serviced for the recall guess what they’re not going to provide a rental like the letter said but I can pay out of my pocket for a rental. Now as if I have not learned my lesson already I want to get an oil change for my Ford explore and I asked for full synthetic oil and it was written down on the order but when I pick the car up I asked him if they provide a full synthetic oil like I asked they told me no that they did not. Now I don’t know about anyone else but I would think after four times I would’ve learned my lesson about this dealership, so my recommendation is to everyone else avoid this dealership at all costs because you will not get what you want. Try someplace else and good luck! More

My wife and daughter were extremely picky and knew exactly what they wanted, with a small window to compromise. Ms. Ballinger quickly understood their passion and went to work, asking for at least 24 hours to deliver a product to there liking. This was no easy task, however, she was diligent and kept us informed every step of the way. The car was delivered to the dealership and was exactly what my family had hoped for in record time. This was truly a case of holding tight to company values, delivering a product and satisfying a customer. Mrs. Ballinger display outstanding customer service, staying professional, but with and approachable soothing personality. She deserves great credit from her manager and peers alike for her Herculean efforts. Thank you for a great experience! Darryl & Anna More
Not impressed Was not impressed with the service. People were nice but service was slow. Not sure why it takes upwards of 4+ hours to pick and vehicle and sign pape Was not impressed with the service. People were nice but service was slow. Not sure why it takes upwards of 4+ hours to pick and vehicle and sign paper work. On top of that vehicle I picked had slight scuffs on the clear coat that could easily be buffed out. Salesman said they probably wouldn't do it but could ask (they didn't do it). Every dealership I've ever been too they would go above and beyond for something simple like that. Vehicle I purchased was a new trade in but took them 4 days to have my truck ready, was not impressed with that either, let alone they didn't even fill up gas in the truck and left it 25 miles until empty. I was so fed up at this point I didn't even bother going back. The next day I drove the truck to work and checked the speedometer because it has after market over sized wheels and tires they installed, not the person who traded in, the dealer installed them and guess what? speedometer is not re-calibrated to be correct to the changed wheel/tire size. It is reading 5 mph slow on the speedometer. More

Took new truck in for the fourth time. Valve stems leak and ac has never worked properly. Said they replaced the stems and they still leak went back and they billed ford for new wheels and tried to be tric and ac has never worked properly. Said they replaced the stems and they still leak went back and they billed ford for new wheels and tried to be tricky and send it out with old scratched up wheels then never fixed the ac and then damaged the ac relay. They also said a mouse ate a copper wire! I didn’t know that cooper was on a mouses diet. And they tried to convince me that the mouse ate the intire wire. Crazy. More
Service center excuses I brought my vehicle there for warranty work. A few little things to be fixed. They made up excuses for every one of the issues. Their service departm I brought my vehicle there for warranty work. A few little things to be fixed. They made up excuses for every one of the issues. Their service department is incompetent. I have sent friends and family to buy cars from them before but never again. I also read from other reviews they go through personnel items while your car is being worked on. More
