I always purchase a lifetime alignment on my vehicle, this has never occurred. I have to take care of this separately and go to Firestone to have the service which is very inconvenient. I would think that someone that has purchased a maintenance plan as well as has been a repeat customer (numerous times!!) that when such a suggestion is made to improve the "maintenance plan" as a service at this dealership. I have voiced this in person and so now I guess it's best to make this part of the survey and perhaps the information will reach the right person. Even those in service have told us that this is a request they receive on a regular basis, but nothing has changed. GCF needs to realize that customers are interested in this service and it only makes sense for it to be included as part of the maintenance plan. I would be happy to discuss this in person or by phone if someone wants to take the initiative to do so. This should most certainly be taken into serious consideration as a revision to the "maintenance plan". More
