Great Customer Service Was having some problems with my 2014 Explorer having a hard time wanting to start. I went into the service department, where I was met by Christina, Was having some problems with my 2014 Explorer having a hard time wanting to start. I went into the service department, where I was met by Christina, their GREAT Customer service person. I told her the issues I was having and without hesitation she gathered the information from my vehicle and had them check it out. It turned out that the battery was having some problems. I had the battery replaced and they had me on the road within the hour. I have had nothing but Great Service at Gary Crossley and my salesman Gene Burgen, contacted me as soon as he found out I was in the service department. Can't beat that for nothing. More

We didn't know about your lot, we first went to Thoroughbred (where no one wanted to answer questions, they were to inconvenienced to even wait on us!) and we're grateful we ended up in your lot instead.
