Bait and switch. Have some screenshots i can post soon of my correspondence. It’s pretty shady. Josey will inevitably try and sell you a car from his driveway. He’ Have some screenshots i can post soon of my correspondence. It’s pretty shady. Josey will inevitably try and sell you a car from his driveway. He’ll say, I was planing on giving this vehicle to my son, but I want to make things right and sell it to you. Then the personal vehicle josey owns will pop up in your Facebook feed showing he posted it for sale anyway. When you try to go over josey’s head, you’ll inevitably only get to talk to josey. This dude made me feel like he was gonna help me. He never did. Commission, is all good, but it makes some people act very unethical to make a buck. I walked into this dealership interested in a truck that fit my budget of 25k. The truck had a deposit already to be sold to another buyer. Like most dealers they still want your business they showed me another truck that was 5k more than the one I came into see. I told them this vehicle was out of my range. I already hadg my rate and financing locked in through my bank, and a few thousand cash to put down. So I wouldn’t have any surprises. The finance manager told me about this truck and said he could sell it for anything he wants. Wasted several days and hours negotiating just for them to tell me they couldn’t make a deal. Why even get my hopes up? Seems they were banking on me to fall in love and outspend my budget. I missed out on other vehicles because of this. Misleading “deal”. This was the most exhausting car buying experience of my life to not even end up with the truck they offered up to me. I’m bummed out, and no longer feel like shopping for a bit over this experience. Telling me you can sell for anything just to tell me you’re losing money by selling me this truck. Next time don’t tell your customer you can make it work, when you really can’t. So the response below implies you’re getting a response from Gary Crossley himself. The number just takes takes you to an operator who doesn’t know who to transfer the call to. Twice they just connected me back to the nice sales person. This will lead you to showing up in person for your resolution where you’re led back to josey. This will lead to an argument and more xx from him. This guy will just publicly gaslight you the customer. I don’t expect this post to make much traction, but maybe the local news will help with that. More
When I forgot to call able a recall on my Fusion, the service dept. called me with a reminder before the recall expired. They got me in soon at a time that was convenient for me. The Service Department lacks service in more ways than one. First off, stay away and don’t ever take your car for repair here especially if it’s going to be more than an in and out service. If it’s going one. First off, stay away and don’t ever take your car for repair here especially if it’s going to be more than an in and out service. If it’s going to be there for an extra day or two be prepared for the worst. Have fun figuring out a rental car and how the cost is going to be picked up even when your car repairs are covered under warranty. I took my car here because out of multiple Ford dealerships in the Metro and the Lincoln dealership, Crossley Ford was the first one that could get me in. I also took my car here because my wife has purchased multiple vehicles from one of their sales reps, Ryan Brehm, the great service he provides, and has taken her car here for service before. Well she won’t be taking her car here for service anymore after this. What I thought was going to be a quick and easy repair when I took my car in on June 27th has now been a three week saga. Come to find out they have zero cars to drive when someone’s car is going to be in for repair over multiple days. So you have to go to Avis for a rental at a discounted rate. In which the rental was only covered for 10 days via the warranty program. If you need any updated information you have to call them. My service tech, Zach, has provided sub-standard service in my opinion during this whole ordeal. My parts arrived on July 6th and on July 7th am told my vehicle should be finished the following Tuesday, July 11th. Tuesday comes, I have to call the service department and speak to my service tech, Zach, to learn they haven’t even started on my vehicle repair but they should be in another day or so and my car should be finished now by Friday, July 14th. I asked him to call me when they started, guess what, no call. Anytime I call the service desk I ask about how my rental car will be covered. They say there’s nothing they can do it’s all through my warranty. My warranty concierge tells me the coverage is only for a maximum of 10 days and anything else has to go through the dealership. He has consistently reached out to the dealership via phone and email. My service tech, Zach, has talked to him a couple times but the Service Manager, Zachary, has never returned the warranty concierge’s calls and/or emails to try and come to a resolution with the rental car. The service department has no idea what they’re doing. No communication with the customer. No communication with the warranty concierge to figure out resolution of repair and rental. My service tech, Zach, hasn’t even talked to his Service Manager, Zachary, to see what they can do for the rental coverage. He said he’s sure he knows what he’ll tell him so he’s not going to talk to him. Why’s it my issue that they can’t fix a warranty repair on the timeframe they stated. First it was a Tuesday, then a Friday, and now it’s moving into yet another week. How’s that my fault they can’t fix a car? How’s it my fault it’s gone from a couple extra days to almost 10 extra days? But again nothing they can do. I’ve requested the service manager, Zachary, to call me Monday, so we’ll see if that even happens. I’m sure it won’t because that’s the sub-par level of customer service they provide. More
Went to take my car to get fixed cause of a recall issue service & was debating whether to trade it in dealer told me the recall on my ford focus was closed & I would have to pay to fix it . Then he told me service & was debating whether to trade it in dealer told me the recall on my ford focus was closed & I would have to pay to fix it . Then he told me to instead of spending money to fix it I should put that towards a car borrowed $3000 from my mom got approved for a $22,000 loan dealer tells me I’m only approved for a eco sport suv with a small dint on the side that he didn’t tell me about first till I went to go look my face obviously 🙄 looked like I did not want it but he kept saying this was the only one I told him to just find something else in my range I told him I could wait for him to find some more cars to choose from but he said I’m only approved for an eco sport Im just thinking 🤔 out of all the cars there why am I only approved for this it’s too small for me & my kids More
We were very pleased with this dealership. Jason Buchanan was great from start to finish! We told him what we wanted (Cyber Orange Mach e), and as soon as he had one come available he was on Jason Buchanan was great from start to finish! We told him what we wanted (Cyber Orange Mach e), and as soon as he had one come available he was on the phone to us. He walked us through the purchase process, even though we weren’t able to pick up the vehicle for about three weeks. Upon arrival he was immediately available and familiarized us with the features to include connecting our phones. We would definitely recommend him and this dealership! More

I recently bought a fairly new (2018) used vehicle for my growing family. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and specifically confirmed with the dealer that there was no smoke smell in the car at all growing family. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and specifically confirmed with the dealer that there was no smoke smell in the car at all (I have young children). The vehicle smells strongly like smoke. I found dryer sheets under seats and they had recently detailed the vehicle with a strong detailing scent to cover the smoke smell (very dishonest). Therefore, I did not notice the issue until I got the vehicle home. Do NOT trust them for used car sales. More
