Customer Service was unacceptable and Misleading! I have been a Nissan customer for over 20 years. When I leased my Nissan Rogue in 2017 when the company was transitioning from Jerry's Nissan building I have been a Nissan customer for over 20 years. When I leased my Nissan Rogue in 2017 when the company was transitioning from Jerry's Nissan building to Garvey's. I was never told about the charges for disposition and early charges for returning a lease that was paid in full. Its funny how they want you to give them 5 stars in the sale department when buy/leasing a car but when your returning a car back to them without a new purchase, how poor your treated. I will never return back to the Nissan in Rutland again and will not recommend family nor friends to do business with them. The lack of educating customer that are higher charges on a return lease is just unexceptionable and misleading. I've reached out to 3 different people and none have been able to at least respond back to me. So now I have a $1700.00 liability fee and disposition fee that is unacceptable its more then what I paid to return the car with the three months left I owed!!! More

BEST Way to Start the NEW YEAR!!! I received a courtesy call from Calvin Marsh on 12/31 concerning my 2017 Nissan Rogue Lease that was coming to an end soon and he let me know about so I received a courtesy call from Calvin Marsh on 12/31 concerning my 2017 Nissan Rogue Lease that was coming to an end soon and he let me know about some amazing promotions they had ending before the New Year. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I ended up starting the New Year with a NEW 2020 Rogue SL. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Garvey Nissan in Rutland. Calvin and Kody were SO helpful in answering all of my questions throughout the process, Nelson did an awesome job crunching the numbers putting me in a top of the line Rogue for the same payment I have now and Michelle & Todd helped me finalize the paperwork with ease. Shay in the Service Dept is always amazing to work with too! My family has purchased over 20 Nissan's between Jerry's Nissan and now Garvey Nissan and we couldn't be happier with the service we receive from Sales to Finance to Service!
