So apparently the rotors are covered but not the brake pads...i feel like i buy a new vehicle so i do not have to worry about it for a while then this happens. If they cover the rotors they should cover the brake pads..Because if the rotors are defective then it effected the pads..

If it is in regards to charging a diagnostic fee for my technicians time to help find your vehicles issues, I’m sorry, we as a business charge for services that are disclosed before we get your consent to look at your daughters vehicle.
